NZ 3200 Panel saw
The NZ is a true example of approved techniques, high quality finish and ergonomic design. The prominent lineation of the new design is reflected in all details.
Simplicity, functional form and clear controls are some of the facets that characterise this new panel saw. The modern skin hides the result of long years of experience and approved techniques that feature in all Robland machinery.
Orderly organized and ergonomically placed controls characterises the simplicity of the design. The hand wheel allows you to wind with ease the saw blade up/down or tilt the saw unit even with the motor down.

SD-B-510 Planer- Thicknesser- Mortiser
Standard equipment on the thicknesser: digital read-out with precision 0,1mm The rise and fall of the thicknesser table, driven by an easy-to-use electric motor is standard on all machines.
The heavy duty mortiser is equipped with steel guide axes and runs on 6 linear ball bearings, guaranteed for smooth and easy operation under the most heaviest loads, and is absolutely maintenance free!
The chuck runs at 3000 R.P.M. and the in-and out stroke lever of the table can be put at the low position for the machining of large workpieces, e.g.doors. The thicknessing table, is mounted on four columns to give stability.

S-510 Planer
The planer tables, made of heavy grey castings are planed at the old 'English' style, ensuring a smooth friction free feeding of the wood.
The dimensions of the infeed table are 1700 x 510 mm, the outfeed table 1300 x 510 mm, this makes a total table length of 3000 mm, therefore machining long workpieces poses no problem whatsoever.
Mounted on parallelogam type precision slides, and easy to use lock and lever, both tables are fully adjustable up and down. The parallelogram slides ensure minimal opening between the standard aluminium noise reduction table lips and the cutterblock in any given position of the tables.

D-630 Thicknesser
Table: The precision planed table is mounted on 4 big columns to give stability, even under very heavy loads. The 2 speed rise and fall of the table, driven by its own motor is standard on all machines, the passage of the wood is 300 mm! For wet or damp timber adjustable rollers (1 or 2) can be provided. Please note that this option must be ordered with the initial order for the machine.
Planed table: The cast iron table is precision planed for smooth sliding of the workpiece.
Highest quality 'cold process machining' is used, which produces no stress, ensuring table surface stay absolutely flat troughout it's life.

NLX310 Combined machines
The NLX-310 is a compact woodworking centre providing the modern woodworker ROBLAND precision, quality, liability and security. The frame is designed to maximise strength and rigidity and is build of 4 mm steel plate box-construction, it holds the aluminium sliding table and the cast iron tables such as saw and spindle and planer tables (weight of the machine 700 kg!).
The hard anodized aluminium extrusion of the sliding table is precision machined and features a 310 mm wide sliding table and impressive 140 mm wide lower beam. The heart of the sliding table is 8 hardened steel rods, inserted into the aluminium, set in a square pattern, to guide the steel bearing balls, held in a steel ball carrier. This makes the whole system extremely wear-free, requiring almost no cleaning.
